Return Policy – Comfove

At Comfove, we understand that you may want to feel a product first. That’s why we offer a calm and fair return policy.

Return period

You have 30 days to return your order, starting from the day you received it.

Return conditions

• The product is unworn and undamaged

• The product is hygienic and in its original condition

• The product still has all original labels attached

If these conditions are met, we will refund the purchase amount.

How to return

1. Send an email to comfove.nl@gmail.com including your order number

2. You will receive return instructions

3. Send the product back according to the instructions

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the amount within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, worn or damaged products cannot be returned.
